Questions
Who can order?
She's In Business MBA students. Ask She's In Business for your code; you'll need it at checkout.
What happens after my MBA?
Nothing changes. Your plan and its price stay the same for as long as you keep it.
What does support cover?
Technical support for your hosting: your site being down or slow, email not sending or arriving, your domain and its settings, SSL, backups and restores, malware, and anything our updates break. It doesn't cover building or designing your site, writing its content, or setting up and using Divi and your plugins: for those, there's plugin setup, hands-on training, the 5-page website build, and the monthly group session. Replies within one working day; the same working day on She's Leading.
Do you build the website for me?
You build it, with Divi's layouts and Divi AI. If you'd rather we did, add the 5-page website build, or ask us for a quote for anything bigger.
Can you set up my bookings or courses?
Yes: plugin setup sets up one plugin for your business for £90, such as your bookings with payments and calendar sync, or your first course. Or take the setup bundle for your plan. You add your own content, such as your lessons.
Do I need to update anything?
No. We update WordPress, Divi and your plugins every week, so please leave our management plugin in place.
Can I send newsletters?
Yes, with newsletter sending (£12 a month): we set up FluentCRM to send from your own address, for unlimited contacts and up to 10,000 emails a month. Only to people who've agreed to hear from you, with an unsubscribe link in every email. Newsletters can't be sent straight from your hosting or mailboxes.
Is Divi AI included?
Yes: text, images, layouts and code, through our Divi membership. Divi's AI Agent, which is charged by use, isn't included.
Can I move up later?
Yes, whenever you're ready: to She's Booked when you want clients to book you, and to She's Leading when you're ready to teach. Or to Managed WordPress if you'd like us to make changes for you too.
Is VAT added?
Yes: prices exclude VAT, and your invoice shows it.
