Accessibility statement

Making our website, client area and services work for everyone.

01Our aim

Plugmind Web is part of NeurodiverCity, a neurodivergent-led community interest company, so accessibility isn't an extra for us. We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

02What we've done

  • clear headings, plain English and a readable layout on every page;
  • every page works with a keyboard, and at any zoom level and screen size;
  • text and controls have enough contrast, and nothing flashes;
  • the Aa button at the top of every page opens reading options: a dark theme (or one that follows your device), larger text, the OpenDyslexic and Atkinson Hyperlegible fonts, more space between lines, high contrast and reduced motion. Your choices are saved in your browser;
  • quotes, support and questions can all be done in writing, at your own pace: you never need to phone us.

03Our client area, control panel and webmail

The client area is styled to match this site and its readable layout. The hosting control panel and webmail come from our hosting partners: we've styled them to match, but they don't have our reading options and we can't change everything about them. If one of them is hard to use, tell us and we'll help, or do the task for you.

04What we're still working on

We're testing the site with screen readers and fixing what we find.

05Tell us

If something on this site or in our services is hard to use, please tell us through our contact page or a ticket in the client area. A real person replies within one working day and, where we can, fixes it or gives you what you need another way.
