Who we are
Plugmind Web is part of NeurodiverCity.
Plugmind Web is a brand of NeurodiverCity® C.I.C., a neurodivergent-led community interest company founded in 2021 in Manchester. Our team is neurodivergent, and NeurodiverCity began with our founder's own experience of the barriers neurodivergent people face in finding work.
It started as advocacy and education, to amplify neurodivergent voices, and grew to support neurodivergent entrepreneurs, with business consultancy, IT and digital services. Plugmind Web is part of that work.

Why a C.I.C.
A community interest company is a business that exists for the benefit of a community, not to make its owners rich. Its profits and assets are locked to that purpose by law, and it reports to the CIC Regulator every year on what it's done for the community.
For NeurodiverCity, that community is neurodivergent people. So when you choose Plugmind Web, what you pay supports that work, at prices we keep fair as a not-for-profit.
